Place is well maintained, clean and on Tuesdays, they run specials from 8-4 on single load washers. The owner takes serious pride in his business.

Parking lot looks like it hasn't been salted. Ice patches everywhere. Got yelled at by an employee for loitering while debating whether to risk the icy parking lot. Pass.

I have come to this place not like a regular customer.I have washer and dryer in my house,but sometimes it’s not enough for the whole family, as right now the dryer just died and we have to come to do the laundry. It’s a busy place; busy places usually have something like a set of unspoken things done on the daily basis that you don’t see. Me coming here in the last eight years like once or twice a year is a good indicator. I have seen the owner or whatever the person is.I don’t know if he is the owner,but he was like trying to communicate with me as like we were friends. “How is everything going?”
Today I went to the restroom,smell good and is super clean. In a busy place like this, it is hard to find this. The laundromat is in a building that is old, but the stuff in the restroom has been painted. There are Christmas tree and presents over the counter that look run down, but just by paying a little bit of attention, keep it clean,for me is a good way of keeping people coming back. I love the decorations, the spirit; the clean look is the best part. Please keep it this way.
One thing I hate is to see people that don’t give 5 cents. it seems that you do a great job!!!

I was there after work and I have never seen someone in the customer service industry so rude. I don't get to the laundromat often but I've always come there. I won't anymore. I'm disgusted
