Have been going to this laundry mat for a while. When a couple of weeks ago I got all my clothes stolen. I reached out to the management to watch any surveillance of the thief who stole my clothes but they claimed they only use the camera's for "monitoring" and they don't record. Which seems like a total lie. they have a big flat screen tv that shows all the camera angles all over the facility and they mean to tell me that none of them are recording? This place is super shady and I will never be going there again and I made sure to tell everyone I know who goes there to stop because they run a shady business.

Clean and huge. There are giant machines that take 6 1/2 loads at once for $7 or something. Massive. Fast. Clean.

I took this laundromat for granted when I lived on the West side. To this day, this is the best laundromat I’ve ever visited. Plenty of seating, well lit and clean, a few TVs, and a very polite and friendly owner. As much as I love the near east side, their laundromats don’t compare.

I went in a month into the safer at home order and the man who was there cleaning the vents was super nice. They have buckets of bleach water out on every table. Maximum people is 10. Only one family member per household and no small children.
I was very comfortable. I was safe as well

There are numerous washing machines with roaches inside of them. At first, we just saw dead ones in the display, but I opened 2 washers to get out my clothes and small roaches started scattering as soon as I did that! That’s disgusting and I freaked out, I spend LOT of money there and when I told the associate who worked there he dismissed it as, “your clothes will be fine”. So I didn’t even get any of my money back for using $6-7 machines that have cockroach infestations! I now have to spend MORE money going elsewhere to rewatch my laundry. Very disappointed, will not return.

Laundromat's are a living time capsule. This one is very new and very nice. I hope the owner(s) continue to maintain this location. Aside from dryer lint. I have no complaints.
