The woman who was working this evening never stopped moving, she was constantly cleaning, dusting, moping, wiping stuff off. She definitely contributed to the cleanliness of this facility. Also had a few issues with different machines and she not only did she fix the issue she was very accommodating and apologetic.

Lots of cameras, very clean facilities, new machines, and very reasonable prices. However usually there is a strong police presence, not just because of the police office next door. But the quality of the actual laundromat is worth it.

I'm not sure what happened in the last few months, but my experience was abysmal. The washer detergent trays were dirty and clogged with mold. The dryers didn't get hot despite being set at highest setting. There was no attendant in sight. And certainly no one wiping down units between use. I did get asked for change by a very nice homeless man that stripped off his shirt to dry it? Not a great experience, will look elsewhere next week.

I washed my clothes onces and I really liked. The place is clean and equipments are all prime new. Definitely I will recommend and will go again.

Would give 5 stars as very clean, well lit, nice machines, etc. But recently removed all wall outlets for charging anything due to kids using them apparently. This place has 25 washers at least and more dryers. The electric bill has to be well over 4 figures a month but I'm willing to bet that 6 wall outlets used for 12 hours a day to charge phones or whatever wouldn't even represent 1% of the total bill. Find another way to punish the people abusing it and not the paying customer who should be able to plug their phone in for 15 min

Very cool and clean. They have TV's you can switch the chanels . And it's located in a very good spot! If you get hungry it's a Walgreens and a pretty decent Chinese spot there. If you get bored, it's a library too! Plus the laundromat has Wi-Fi!

Live cockroach infestation in large washer #27. The larger cockroach has been there for months and I dismissed it as a one off, but today I saw live small roaches and a few new small dead ones. The machines in this place have a pretty good chance of being really difficult with accepting coins, and being problematic at returning them when they get stuck. Have dealt with that for a while since the building itself is nice and we like the bathrooms, but the roaches just make it enough that we won't come back.
