Dozens of washers and dryers of all sizes. Reasonably priced. Great atmosphere. Drink and snack vending machines, clean bathrooms, hand sink outside of the bathrooms as well as inside the bathrooms.
Lots of places to sit, highly recommend

Lost money in a big washer once. Had to take home clothes that were soaking wet and re wash and dry myself.

Tried contacting the owner. Never got through nor got my money back.

Nice clean place to wash at though. Cleanest I have ever seen.

Best laundry mat!

Staff is super nice and friendly, willing to help if there's any questions or issues. Never been here and not had a staff member present. I love as a female, that there are cameras on site!

Atmosphere is laid back, like a community feel to the place. Never had any experience with other customers being rude or shady to me. Everyone chit chats and gets along like neighborhoods. They even keep one TV dedicated to kid friendly shows and the other for the grown ups. I have all grown children, but I appreciate their mindfulness that sometimes kiddos need to come with and they create a family friendly environment in this one simple act. * way to go guys 😉 *

I met one of the owners today (frank) and I got to say, I'm really impressed with the care and customer service. The mindfulness and responsibly for and to the community, especially women! I feel completely safe, even at night. Again as a single female, that's super important to me.

The site is also kept very clean, machines are kept clean and sanitized. I am personally OCD, so the maintenance and upkeep is very important to me. I am 100% comfortable and don't feel "laundry mat dirty" at all, lol.

They also have restrooms, wifi, atm, change machine and laundry needs "vending machine". Plus really good weekday discounts! Well priced overall. My first time I did a months worth of laundry in an hour and a half for just over $20.00. Only taking up 2 washers and 2 dryers to complete it.

Apparently they have two locations, I would imagine that both are maintained the same way. Definitely would recommend Dana Lou's over any other laundry mat, hands down!

This place is disgusting. All of the machines are dirty, sticky, and full of hair. The owner is entitled and rude. He is taking advantage of people who have no where else to go and could care less about the quality of the business.

Cleanest laundromat I've been to. Unfortunately it's not in a great location and we've had an item stolen when we turned our backs. Advertised as having AC but it's only turned on on super hot days and doesn't make too much of a difference. The other days the doors are propped to let air in, along with all the smokers' smoke and alongside insects. Wi-Fi is not worth acknowledging as existing. In short the place meets and exceeds expectations when it comes to its core function but other advertised benefits are underwhelming.

It's...alright. Somewhat like the majority of laundromats you'll find in town, shady types come in that don't even do laundry and mooch off of wifi/abuse bathroom. Unfortunately does not mandate mask wear as much as even the owner's son I believe that comes in and does all maintenance takes it off time to time.

Kinda also clear that some get treated better/higher customer quality and service more than others, whether its a machine that acts up or some allowed to stay and do laundry longer than others.

But to get the job done, they got decent machines for any amount of laundry. Only gripe is dry cycles get interrupted and sometimes put on wrong heat after taking out lint traps mid-cycle.
