1st time here... cost is great for laundry... but at dawn it's very sketchy... my laundry detergent got stolen and sketchy people running in and out looking at vehicles then running away.. at least it was clean

I had a HORRIBLE experience here. The owner cares nothing about the customers experience. There is a person who is maintaining the facility. She is RUDE, and messed with me the entire time i was washing for absolutely no reason about the positioning of the carts?!? weird experience, never had this happen at a laundromat 0 stars do NOT go here.

I used to do my laundry at both Dana Lou’s West and East locations, and only these two locations for a little over three years. I had a few issues with the East location closing early when they shouldn’t have and the closing staff being a little rude but nothing I wasn’t able to work through. Then one day I had been doing laundry at the west side location and made the poor decision to run to Walmart while my clothes were drying. I got back two minutes after they had finished, and a couple stopped me when I got back to tell me that they had accidentally taken my clothes out of the dryer but they were in the basket. I didn’t think anything of it until I got home and realized that half of my clothes were missing. I posted about the incident on Facebook in some different community pages simply trying to find the couple from that night, and giving them the benefit of the doubt that it was done on accident. I tried to contact the owner SEVERAL times. All I got was threatening and harassing phone calls and voicemails back from his staff members. I had a civil conversation with one of the staff members and he was to pull the security footage from the night I specifically told him multiple times. Come to find out he pulled the wrong days footage and by the time this was done it had been 8 days since the incident and I was told they could only look back 7 days so I was basically SOL. The person in charge of Dana Lous security ended up contacting me on Facebook and told me that the 7 day story was a load of bs and he tried to talk to the owner to get him to call me. The owner (John) refused and said his employees had said i was being rude! Even though I was the one with voicemails from them proving otherwise. The owner showed NO consideration or concern whatsoever for this incident, nor to hear from a long time customer about the awful conduct of his staff. I was in no way trying to hold the business liable for my stolen clothes, I simply was trying to identify the couple in hopes of getting my stuff back. I haven’t been back since, and have no desire to ever give them my business again. I was and still am appalled at how I was treated. Found a better place in Middleton anyways⭐️.

Owner is extremely rude! Put my clothes in the dryer and ruined several expensive Rock & Republic shirts. Instead of resolving, told me to go to another laundry mat.

Cleanest (I passed up two other laundromats) and in a great neighborhood. Traveling from out of town and felt safe alone there at 6:30 am. (Ladies you know what I mean). Staff came in a little later and friendly and helpful. Speed Queen and Maytag machines worked great. Used three washers and six dryers, both worked well, out in under two hours.

They do not do Maintenance to their Washer machines nor dryers. Most of them are out of service. Stay away and go somewhere else.

Very well maintained and reasonable. The girls are constantly cleaning every inch of the shop and machines. Def wpuld recommend this location to anyone in need.
