100 reviewsIt's a place where I feel comfortable and with plenty of physical space.
The dryer melted my clothes, blankets and sheets. They were unwearable and I had to throw a lot out. The dryers were WAY TOO HOT and need to be turned down. My clothes weren’t even in there a long time, only 20 minutes 🙄 This has never happened to me before and I will be taking my business elsewhere …
Hello Kayla,
I’m sorry to hear this happened to you here. These are commercial dryers that typically run hotter/stronger than the ones at home. Was this brought to my managers attention? Could you please specify which dryer number this happened to your clothes, blankets, and sheets? I do apologize for the inconvenience.
This laundromat might as well be closed to the public. The employees take up the majoroty of machines washing the dropped off clothes. Aside from that, people are loud and the place itself is dirty. This place used to be nice now, I'll just drive to Bubbles in Elmwood Park to do laundry now where I can wash clothes in a clean and quiet laundromat.
Hello Samuel,
I apologize for having a bad experience yesterday. Because it is a Sunday, it is the most busiest day of the week for laundromats. My employees have designated number of machines that they can use for their wash and fold service. If a machine is done and is being occupied, please speak with myself or my manager and we will happily take the clothes out for you so you can use the washers. With the place being dirty, I assure you that the place gets cleaned ever night from 7pm to 11pm. Being busy means that customers are very happy with our machines. It washes their clothes well and dries it very quickly. Weekdays, Monday-Friday are usually quieter here so please stop by during then if you want a more quiet experience. I do apologize again for any inconvenience we have caused you. I hope you would try us again soon!
Regards,
Daniel
