Squeaky clean laundromat. Very happy 40 pound brand new washing machines were eight box. Seems to be the going rate in Cheyenne. You could pay with an app which I love. There is staff. Handicap accessible. Plenty of parking. Usual huge dryers.

It was great when the redid everything but today my husband was doing laundry and they don’t have quarters in their machine to give quarters when you ask somebody for help in assistance and get somebody they’re like oh we gotta call a management. They don’t seem to dump out the quarters from the machines they don’t clean out anything and when they do clean it out they’re turning off your dryers not replacing the money that they used when they turned off your dryers they’re always in the back. They’re never out up front People are always standing around, trying to get them to come upfront this place has gone downhill since they remodeled. I think management needs to have a very large employee meeting to find out why they’re getting bad ratings and this is a big reason why because they’re always hiding in the back and nobody is upfront to help the people they’re outside doing the money

Dryers are now programmed. To add $1.50 for 35 minutes, which can be fine if you dry all your things at 1 temp. Most of mine I dry on med except towels. Since I wash my stuff once a week, 35 mins is too long for 3 towels. Plus It's important to have enough baskets/carts for people to put their close in.

Lady running the store seems lazy. Was the 5th person on the list and said it would take 24 hours for my laundry to be done. I travel the country for work, have been in the most populated places in the country and still have never heard laundry not being done same day.

While they have seriously done a great job on the remodel. The staff here is rude and not at all helpful. When people come into your business to utilize the service you offer, spending a bucket of money in your business and you seriously can't break a large bill to put in YOUR machines???
