I went to the Laundromat at 8 PM. It was a good experience until around 9:50. The owner became very rude and beligerent. He started mopping the floor where I was sitting and constantly grumbling that it was time to go.and we were taking up his time. As he was mopping he asked us to walk the opposite way. When 10 PM arrived the side of the floor that he mopped on was completely dry yet the owner insisted that we go.on the other side because he was ready to go. I asked the owner what time do you close he said at 11 but he was ready to.go.and we were taking his time. I have never felt so rudely treated and unwanted in a business iny life. The owner showed extremely terrible customer service and I felt that my money or patronage was appreciated. I hope that everyone isn't treated this horribly, and if so I don't see the business being open for long

Very clean, even the bathroom which is rare at a laundromat. The guy working there was very helpful. Free dryers were a definite plus

It was so much better with the previous owner. So many machines are out of order. And have been for the longest time. The vending machines are higher. The young man who played his music and called it soulful Sunday is no longer there. The quality has gone down.

They said the time of busy was 7am - 11pm and I got there at 9:30 they had a sign saying the last load is at 9:00pm that is false advertisement I will be contacting the owner in the morning because if you close at 11pm they need to do so

They changed the prices of the wash to almost what it was, in exchange for free dry. It doesn't cost me that much to dry so if you're doing just a load or 2 you're losing.
