It is 9:25pm as I arrive with 2 loads to wash. The hours on the door say 11pm on the door but the last load in is at 945pm. I'm not sure if this spot is Black owned or not, but I will not be supporting or returning as this was my first visit. And whoever the owner/floor manager is had a nasty attitude, but isn't honoring his business hours on the door and windows.

Only have two laundry carts that can to your. But won't say that until someone needs the basket for outside and you happen to be using it. Because the attendant never said,that's how things work

I've noticed and have checked all the machines but it’s apparently that the owners are fooling the local patrons by NOT directing hot water into their machines , despite having Hot/Warm water options on said machines - I think it's to profit more at the expense of their local patrons (who btw are ignorant to that fact after conversing with more than a dozen patrons. I think it's shameful, and I WILL continue to school these patrons every time I do my laundry there - I too am a captive patron due to a disability, and otherwise think this would be a nice community focal point if not for the deceptive lack of hot/warm water promises.

Washed and got free drying. It's much better now since it's under new management.
