Despicable. Not welcoming to people with a toddler. The second I got there I was told I can not put my blanket in a wash machine I was going to use ! So I moved it to the one the guy told me to. Then not even 1 minute after the cycle completed some lady that can't even speak English supposably told the guy she wanted to use the wash machine my stuff was in. Then he came to me to tell me I need to move my stuff emdeitily so that person could use it. As if I was not going to move it. Then I ask him why he was in such a rush for me to move it. He said because they have a policy that any wash machine some one wants to use they can use it. I was like what about me ? I wanted to wash one blanket in a regular washer and you told me no. My stuff just finished I'm sertinly moving it. Apsultly un-welcoming and very discriminatory. I will not be returning.

Like many other folks have said, this place ruined my clothes! A couple years ago I brought in two sweaters for dry cleaning. One came back completely shrunk and unwearable, the other had a ton of holes!

On top of that, the manager made it extremely difficult to get reimbursed for the items. Rude, dismissive, and attempted to shift the blame numerous times. This situation took months to deal with and I didn’t even end up with the full amount of the garments worth. Two vintage sweaters lost and just a big headache. Bad business practices overall. Finally posting a review after seeing so many others with similar issues.

Do not get your dry cleaning done here.

Did a great job of getting "ring around the collar" from a favorite cream-colored jacket. Neighborhood staple and connected to a laundromat with the big machines.
