I really liked this laundry mat. With new management their machines are new so the prices went up .75 cents per load. No problem BUT, if you want to use 🔥 HOT 🔥 water it is another .50 cent... to use warm it's another quarter . That was enuff for me. I won't be returning there. …

Prices are good and they have several large machines. They spun out a load for me that didn’t spin out properly in the machine. The owner is rude and unhelpful. One of their dryers severely scorched my white comforter, turning it brown in 10 minutes. When I spoke to the owner she said I shouldn’t dry on high and I shouldn’t have dried it if I didn’t want to risk scorching it. I’ve washed and dried this comforter several times at other laundromats, never has it scorched. I told her I had spent over $150 at her laundry in the last couple weeks between drop off and doing laundry, she did not care. As others mentioned, several machines are out of order. I dropped off laundry at 8 am and couldn’t pick it up until the following evening. Take your money and laundry elsewhere, I will.

Called at 5 p.m. and they said to drop off laundry this evening (friday)and it would be ready Saturday evening, drove over there and was informed it would not be ready until Monday evening....hmmm...
