Clean don't stink and my clothes dry like they're supposed to

First time dropping off my laundry, and last. I dropped it off yesterday morning. Came in to pick up my laundry this morning. The attendant was sitting there reading. Said I could grab my clothes. I looked and my underwear was still not folded, since they cannot be dried. She didn't even realize it wasn't done. Threw them in a bag, obviously not folded. My hanging clothes didn't even have a bag over them to safeguard transportation. Very disappointed with the service this morning. Just got my clothes home and I paid for softener, was not done. Also most of the clothes I had to refold due to the bag not being tied tight enough. All that money spent and I had to do most of the work myself.

Parking is big and convenient. Other businesses like restaurants and gas stations are near by ,which I like to go to while washer and dryer are going on. And the staff is always smiling and welcoming.
