33 reviewsThe machines are rusty inside, and it is recommended that they be replaced because customers' clothes smell worse when they are washed, and quality is the most important thing when providing service.
Dirtiest oldest run down laundrymat i ever saw ..spent atleast $10 more than usual spend plus took over half hour longer than usual ...have same clothes and stuff every week ...washing machines were old looked dirty ..i usually use 2 dryers 45 minutes to dry my clothes and just now used 3 dryers 72 minutes each and towels came out damp and shirts underwear were cool ...had dryers on HOT !! Only reason didn't go to usual place I go to is it was full of people and atleast 20 minute wait for washing machine...NEXT TIME I'LL WAIT..NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE ? They must of been getting ready for Halloween flies and dirt everywhere !!
The owner and employees are kind and assist when needed
nice staff lady. helpful and kind.
The machines are always broken with hand written notes stuck to them that says "Resting" and you'll spend like $20 tryna get ur clothes dry...
If you go here get ready to spend ur whole day waiting for a working machine and tryna get ur clothes dry in dryers that don't heat up..
They should just Close up, Remodel and Invest in New Machines..
First time at a laundromat in Long time for me. I've been to this place twice now - the staff (could be owner, not sure) were very helpful & friendly - even chatted with me a bit while I was waiting for washing machine to be done. I seen they do dry cleaning & drop off service as well. I will definitely try that out as well.
I have read numerous reviews about how polite the staff are and up til today that has been my experience. Today, when I walked in there were no staff around and so I rang the bell. I was not in a hurry, I just thought that was what I was supposed to do. A woman came in from the store next door and soundly bit my head off for not giving her time to get in the store. As I said, I was not in a hurry and only rang the bell to alert them to the fact that someone came in. After I tried to explain why I rang the bell she bit my head off again. I did not give her my business. This incident will not stop me from using this dry cleaner in the future but a $21 sale was lost over a misunderstanding and a bad temper!
