Their app doesn’t work. No one answers the phone. Workers doesn’t know anything. No refund. Money is in the account still can’t use it. No direct contact with anyone for 2 months. App kept showing no internet connection anywhere I was. Where to report scammers like them?

Very nice laundry and clean as well only downside is that they close too early most of laundromat close at 8pm and they close at 5pm pretty much because you can't get there after 5pm to do your laundry 🤦🏻‍♀️ …
