Sorry you had a negative experience at our laundromat. The washer itself is $4.25. What you are seeing is the placeholder charge that the credit card company, not us, puts on your account for every swipe/insert/tap on our machines. That $5 will clear for the actual amount in 3 to 5 business days. Hopefully, this clears up any confusion and we hope to see you again/see a change in the review as our facility is nice/clean and staffed with amazing attendants to help you as well as help inform customers of things just like this! Also, we have signage at the store that explains the placeholder charges the credit card company places too to help further communicate this.
Best laundromat I've ever visited!
Very nice laundromat. It's clean, and has a friendly staff and efficient machines that are quick and affordable. I go about twice a month and usually get 2 loads done in under an hour. The vibe is nice too, quiet, and the clientele is friendly.
