I lost $2 because two of the dryers I used were broken, with no signs indicating they were out of order. On top of that, around 9 PM, a woman began shouting aggressively and using racial slurs. She smashed one of the dryers and broke the glass, yelling, “I don’t want to see smelly ugly Asian people here,” which was extremely disturbing and unacceptable. There was no staff or security on-site to report this dangerous incident. This was my first visit, and it was a horrible experience. If machines are out of service, they should be clearly marked. Safety and proper maintenance are serious concerns here.
