We do have a vending machine that sells soap

Its fine. I don't like the fact that the smaller washers don't take the smart card and require quarters. I still have money on my card I wasn't able to use now as well. But, the service was good and the place is clean and accessible

This laundry is very convenient in my neighborhood however every time I go there, the woman who works there is very mean and demanding: "Don't use the table, don't use the cart, don't put too much soap". Etc. I told her I had to use the table because if I took the cart she would also say to not take it.
Me: why can't use the table?
Laundry employee: because I said so.

She is so used to talking to people the way she wants. I hope I can come a day when she is off so I can wash my clothes peacefully.

Hi Sindi,
Thank you for coming to our Laundromat. As you know, Tuesdays is an exceptionally busy day, and it is very hard for the staff to keep things moving along so that all of our customers have a chance to use our washers and dryers. Our staff is always trying to make sure that carts, folding tables, washers and dryers are available for everyone, so she tries to keep things moving. I did have a conversation with her and she apologizes if she spoke to anyone in a way that was upsetting, or rude. It’s a pretty stressful environment for the staff on Tuesday, but that’s not an excuse for us to be less than polite, so we apologize if anything was said to you in a tone that seemed rude. We hope to see you again, and we appreciate your business.
