I am so sorry about this. Thank you so much for the negative feedback, it's the only way I can know when this sort of thing happens. Was it today? And I agree, that kind of attitude sucks and it's not what we promote. We do quite often run out of change because it doesn't take long for every customer to come in with a 20 and want less, before you know it... our register just has 20s but if it wasn't for that reason.... I need to re-train someone. She may have been trying to get out of there, which is usually 2 but great customer service is very important to us so I will be retraining. Thank you again. Please confirm that it was today, friday June 30th. When someone is there, our bathroom is for our customers.... I'm very sorry again.
