Absolutely horrific. Do not use! Customer service from their HQ is not professional, they don't know how to deal with situations when claims are submitted. I was estimated for 5.5 hours of service and the cleaning professional was on there 4 hours but logged her hours as 5.5 hours (make sure to take screenshots because there was dishonesty happening for sure!! The cleaners log the hours and Errund charges you so there is a LOT of ways to buffer this on the cleaners end, especially having access to your CC info.)

The cleaning professional was overall nice, however, she showed up 15 minutes late and did NOT vacuum or mop, there were dust and dirt everywhere. The cleaner she used stained my quartz countertop. I submitted appropriate pictures with date/time stamps with areas not clean in addition to the text I received that she was leaving and Errund did nothing! They gave me the hour she logged incorrectly, Errund stated they are giving me the benefit of the doubt ( oh wow I supplied sufficient evidence and they are just going to give me this small win... their team member lied). I got refunded one hour, however the hour it would take to properly clean my floors was not refunded. I wasn’t even asking for an entire refund, just the two hours that were not worked.

They have 100% satisfaction guaranteed or money back listed on their website. They obviously don’t know how to follow their promise, mission or values.

So disappointed.

First used this service in Minneapolis for my mother then I tried it again for move in. Again, great service at only $26/hr. My cleaner arrived on time and even finished earlier. I was worried I will be charged the same price but was actually charged the actual time the cleaner spent. Highly recommend.

I had an awful experience when getting my mother's house cleaned while she was in the hospital. I needed a same day service because of when she was getting released, so Errund gets a star for accommodating me there. However, the communication while booking was poor and I didn't get a confirmation of my booking until 3 hours before the service, so I wasn't sure they were even coming. I got a call after that and the man on the phone asked me the name of who was coming to clean for me and if it was written in the text message. I told him there wasn't a name in the message and the call was dropped and I didn't hear from him again. Until they showed up to clean the wrong house, my house not my mom's. I had to give 2 addresses, one to be cleaned and one for my CC and they went to the wrong address and charged me for the time spent going from my house to the correct address, even though it was their mistake.

Now that's all just logistics. For the cleaning, dishes were loaded up into the dishwasher without a pre-rinse and the dishwasher was never started, which is actually good because all the food would have been caked on. More dishes were left undone, even after I specifically requested the dishes be washed. There were wipes left in the toilet and none of the leather couches or chairs were wiped down, so you still got covered in pet hair when you sat down. I spent over an hour f my own time cleaning up after the cleaner. When I called to address this issue and request a partial refund for the work I had to do in cleaning up after them, the only thing they were willing to do was give me $15 off another $160 cleaning. Because of this experience, I would never use them again, so this offer is a slap in the face. Bad service, bad customer service.

Does not deliver on what they claim - unreliable with poor customer service. They make it seem like you can easily use their website to book a cleaner for your chosen time. However, on three separate occasions (in two different cities – KC and Minneapolis), they failed to provide a cleaner when scheduled. I kept giving them another try because it's a great concept (the home cleaning industry is ripe for disruption), but this last time they never sent someone when scheduled (booked 9 days in advance) then failed to adequately follow-up when I allowed a reschedule. To add insult to injury, there was no remorse or apology about leaving me with an uncleaned home at the last minute before I had houseguests. I urge you not to trust this business.
