Don't fall for this. It's a complete scam. I had an appointment last weekend, they texted me right before and said their cleaner was unable to come. The boss did not answer texts or phone calls in a timely manner, if at all. They promised me a free hour of cleaning for my trouble. Then they leaked out 3 more times. They're FIRED!

Errand Cleaning demanded payment upfront. They charge you for maximum hours, with the intent that they will refund you the amount of time not needed. That did not happen. When my daughter called to let management know the exact hours worked, which was two less, they gave her the runaround and hung up. When she called back, they didn’t answer. As a parent of a college student, I intervened. When I explained to the manager that we were not going to put up with this and that he needed to refund the difference, he hung up. We are currently working with our bank to solve this problem. Looking at the reviews, the ones with five stars, I have to wonder if they are true?? The Better Business Bureau has very bad reviews on this company. My advice, shop around.

I was not able to tip my cleaner online after the cleaning who did a great job but I emailed support and they added the tip for me later to my card. REMEMBER TO TIP your cleaners who work harder for you than your waitress or hair dresser.

I have tried to use this service twice now for move out cleaning, and had bad experiences both times. The first time, they were unable to send a cleaner at the requested time, so I stared cleaning myself. They tried to reschedule with me and I told them the new times wouldn't work and that I had already started cleaning . They pushed me to keep the appointment, claiming I would be charged a 50% cancellation fee, even though they were the ones unable to maintain my reservation. They eventually agreed to cancel with no fee after a great deal of communication back and forth.

This second time, I requested a cleaning and it was confirmed, but no one ever showed up. I have called and spoken to Jake, and he let me know he would follow up but never did. Every time I've spoken with him, he's been confused about who he was speaking to and the details. I put the request in online, so it should be easy to reference. I also left many voicemails and texts, but have still not gotten a follow up for my scheduled move out cleaning that was supposed to occur on May 30.
