After not having much luck with other cleaning services in the Madison area, I called Errund for a last-minute apartment clean that was required of me for move-out. Errund was able to accommodate my request and sent professional cleaners to my apartment on the same day. A representative from Errund was extremely helpful and responsive and I was given very informative updates throughout the process. Definitely recommend

I booked a next day move out clean with Errund and was very pleased with the cleaning. They managed to send someone on a really short notice which was nice. The cleaner was friendly and thorough with her cleaning. I had to book longer hours to cover some additional tasks like inside fridge and oven but it was well worth the money.

Errund refund policy is no refund. At least I was shocked by it but then it makes sense as they have the satisfaction guarantee if you book their recommended hours. This is better than having a loose refund policy.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

They charged me for 7 hours when they weren’t even there for 5 and refused to refund the remaining balance. The apartment was still dirty and the cleaners were incredibly rude.

They asked for a photo of my ID and new address for IDENTITY THEFT.

THIS IS A FRADULENT COMPANY. This was such a mistake. Take your business elsewhere.

I would also like to add that since then. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and received multiple threats from Errund.

Weird how all the five star reviews are all made my people with only 1 review. Hmmm

1) Instead of 7 Am work started at 7:30 when it was told keys needs to be handover by 12-12:30PM !!
2) Ideally it was not even a cleaning of 1 bedroom and bathroom completely. In 2 bedroom house. ( We cleaned 1 bedroom-1 bath on our own finally )
3) no ladders or any other things where she can clean anything on height.
4) overall cleaning was okay. It was like a basic things.
5) After I booked the appointment they told me only 1 person will come and you still have to pay entire money . They could have told me that before booking the appointment.
6) Me and my wife had to work along with a maid to clean MANY remaining things.
7) Refrigerator , oven , microwave were only cleaned from inside ( 90% ) outside stains and on the top of all there was no cleaning .
8) overall I think I paid around 100-150$ Extra.
9) I would have given -10 rating if negative rating was allowed.
I would not recommend this to anybody. Not at all worth for what money you are paying.

Overall very much disappointing experience.

Note :- There are no complaints about the maid who came. She was super hard working girl. Who continuously worked for 4 hours and 15 minutes.

so grateful for this service where i can book quality cleaners online. one tip is to call and book if you need an earlier service although there's a fee. cleaner forgot some stuff but they sent her back and she was so nice it made me feel bad to send her back

I've been a customer for a few months now. I like how I book, reschedule, and cancel all online. I only get charged for the actual hours when the cleaning is complete. The cleaning service is comparable to those expensive ones, but I pay only $25/hr. I will continue to use this company!

Great service! I needed my apartment cleaned on a short notice when moving between leases and was pleasantly surprised by Errund. Very professional service, quick cleaning, and the apartment was spotless afterward. Highly recommend!
