I have recently separated ways with Jake and Errund. Com for not following contract and after 5 hours of cleaning our home it was left with dog hair everywhere dirty floors, unclean kitchen and a multitude of other issues. Pictures were sent as evidence with no concessions made. We have had a professional cleaning service for 25 years and this was nothing short of fraudulent! Stay far away from this service and realize that Jake backs his cleaners over his customers. Your money and time will be better/more safely spent with another cleaning service.

Booked a cleaning online for the first time. Very user friendly and it felt secure for me. Although they do not provide deep cleaning, their regular cleaning was sufficient. It feels so good to return to a clean and nice smelling home! I suggest reading their checklist to see whether it works for you. Managed to book for a cleaning in 2 days. Cleaner showed up on time and ended on time. Was pleased with the outcome. This is how cleaning should be!

An awful service. The cleaner called at the set arrival time to ask if she could be *three hours late*. When I said this time did not work for me, she told her company that *I had cancelled*. I had to reach out to customer service and explain to them that I had not cancelled that the cleaner had cancelled, which took far more time than necessary.

I asked then to have my account deleted including my credit card details, and sent an email with the same request. To which I got a non-committal response via chat. And twenty-four hours later my account is still active and no response via phone or chat.

Terrible service all around, I recommend going somewhere else!
