This was our first time using Errund and I certainly had concerns about quality and whether they would show up. As promised, their maid was there at 10 am on a sunday and we showed her around and then ran errands while she worked. She came in well under the estimate but her quality exceeded that of our previous house cleaners who routinely would miss things. Overall very pleased with the service and love the idea of scheduling at my convenience as often as we like. I hope I am able to request April again next time - even my two dogs loved her!

I had a last minute family emergency and called errund to see if they could waive the 50% cancel fee. Jake was sympathetic and agreed to issue a future credit towards my next cleaning even though they didn't need to do so. kudos to customer service and humanity!

I booked a house cleaning through errund after reviewing their checklist. The cleaners did a great job and I got back my security deposit. However don't expect deep stain or wall paint to come off since it's not included in the service

I booked a cleaning for the next day with my card online. Didn't get charged until my cleaning is complete. Cleaner came on time to clean and ended on time. One tip is to check their cleaning checklist to make sure this is what you want. I was very happy with the things covered on their cleaning checklist and even booked a cleaning for inside of my fridge. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

I needed to sell great aunt house where she lived in for 60 years. After clearing it out I needed it cleaned for sale and Errund cleaners did a great job. Will use them again if the house doesn't sell quickly and I need it cleaned again.

Stay far away from this cleaning service. Errund was hired by my tenant to clean his apartment after move out. The job was nowhere near professional. Dirt, hair, dead bugs, food crumbs, all remained. I called them to ask if they could come back, and they disputed everything, sending me blurry, low resolution pics as proof that the unit was cleaned in response to these photos below. Then the guy I spoke to hung up on me. Close to $200 later, and this is what you get.

Booked them for about 5 hours. Received a confirmation email saying that they will assign me a a person. Never heard from anyone after that. Also, nobody showed up! I had to get my apartment cleaned myself. Not very professional or dependable. Will not recommend at all!
