DO NOT SWIPE YOUR CARD!! Not happy!! I used their $12 washing machine on Sunday 1/11/26 and they charge me $15!!
Hi Kat, The $15 is a pre-authorization hold placed by the credit card processing company. This hold drops in 1-3 business days, depending on your bank, leaving only the charged amount. There are stickers on the washers that state this fact. If you would like me to check your charges, please email me at Sarah@expressecolaundromat.com. I will need the last 4 digits of the card used as well as the first and last name on the account. Thank you.
All machines were working, they have card options as well as cash to change converters. The wash is more expensive than most but not too bad when you consider the cost to use their dryers.

Went to the shop, could not figure out how it works, forgot to get our detergent but Mardi was able to help us through. She was a great help, the experience was good. Very smart environment, found Mardi cleaning around making sure everything was clean. The dryer service are very affordable too.

Staff is great and everything seems really clean. The thing I like is being able to use my card. The faspass app however has never worked properly anytime I've needed it. I don't use the LM very often but it should be more straightforward than this.

The One and only reason I use eco laundry is because of their policy that you have to wash there before you can dry. I'm sorry but I don't want your stuff from home mixed with my stuff. For several health reasons. Heat doesn't kill all …
Our dryer at home stopped working mid-laundry day and we had two loads that needed drying. We went to our local coin op Express Eco Laundry. We were informed by the attendant that we could not use only the dryer, and that we needed to first rewash everything in their washers before using their dryers. Their dryers may only be used by washing customers.
This is a frustrating policy. It cost them my business tonight as well as in the future.
This is a really awesome laundromat, however, twice in the last few weeks I've gone during posted business hours and the doors were locked. Open sign is on, but can't get in. And if you try to call any of the locations, you cannot get through. So, just be aware before you make a trip out.
