Hi. First time visiting this laundromat but very disappointed with the service. I lot of machines dryers and washers out of service and some of the machines are not clean.

We are sorry your experience wasn’t great. We are surprised to hear your dissatisfaction about cleanliness because we always get good ratings on cleanliness. As for the sink, we have a working sink. You just didn’t look for it.
