Management needs to hire younger, friendly people that don't have an attitude like the older lady that works there in the evenings. Why be stingy with the restroom key? Might as well just lock it up & be judgemental. Why is there only Mexican music blasting, as well.

Workers standing around talking about customers two other customers I feel that's not right. Employees should not be gossiping and not talking about others when there their like every one else when I smelled urine..
The employee there asked me to get out of the bathroom cuz he was going to call the cops. I was waiting for the bathroom key because there was someone else in there before me so 1hen the girl opened the bathroom door she gave me the key and I went in. I'm guessing the employee thought the girl before me was still in there. I came out right away so he could see that it was me that was waiting for the key. Terrible experience.
This is really the only laundromat that I go to. Mainly because it's 24 hours and they do a wash and fold. And I realize that this was a bit ago so that is partially my fault.
Now the reason it's not solely my fault is I have tried to call various times and either I get no answer or the person I'm talking to doesn't speak English and Google translate doesn't really help in this case.
I brought steam mop pads there and they lost them. I'm not sure exactly what happened but when I went to go pick up my laundry I didn't realize they weren't there otherwise of course I would have said something at the time.
And because I was in the middle of moving I didn't notice right away.
When I asked for the owners name and phone number she flat-out (and rudely) refused to give it to me. I I'm wondering what they're going to do about it.
Now they do an INCREDIBLE job. And I have always tipped VERY well because I'm paying for the convenience of someone else doing my laundry and because they do an amazing job.
But this just pisses me off. If I have to buy more that's 50 bucks. I will be happy to change my rating and will HAPPILY take this bad review down if:
1. The owner gets in touch with me.
2. The owner and I can come to an agreeable solution.

they are always so nice here, 24hours which is awesome if you work a crazy schedule like me, free coffee after 6am & they have the BIG washers and dryers which i love. i
Still open 24 hours, Best place to go is in evening hours. Clean and friendly. Reasonable prices. They offer drop off too. They need someone to fix their machines that are out of order, but still plenty for use . the location and parking lot is horrible. Lots of inconsiderate people leave all kinds of objects in washers and dryers and lots of dryers don't get warm or hot. Time for an upgrade
