Very, very poor experience with their grooming staff.
Paid $90 for my golden retriever to get groomed. Specified that I wanted his ears, legs, belly, and rear trimmed and for his coat to be thinned out. They told me 2-2.5 hours.
Instead, they gave him a bath and cut his nails, and that’s it! They did not give him a haircut. And it took 3.5 hours. The director took 3 days to get back to me (they told me she’d call within 1 day) and said I’d have to drive back to Saco because they can’t process refunds over the phone (??).
Stay away from this store and especially the grooming service.

Under new management since last June. I used to run the store previously and I am back trying to make things as great as possible!
It is now a dog and cat supply store that also offers grooming and this summer we will be undergoing a renovation to have new shelving put in to allow for a bunch of new products, more grooming options and a self wash station will be getting installed!
So exiting! Visit us soon!

The Groomer is very accommodating and kind to the pups. Recently my 100 lb dog rolled in the dirt and was covered from nose to tail. I needed an emergency wash, the staff helped me get him into the self dog wash. They go beyond just a store and service.

Great coupons and discounts got me in the door and the people made me stay. The groomer did great on our pups nails we immediately booked a full groom for later. He yelped as she helped us with his ingrown nail and told us after appointment which I appreciate when they let me know because I’m an anxious mama and that openness feels safe! You do need up to date rabies just heads up! And I totally forgot names but the women at the counter was amazing too! And it’s in a plaza so you can’t beat the parking
