Sorry customer service, I come and its obvious a young lady starring at me is the attendant. Then I see her wipe-off a machine. So I go use the restroom, and I see there's no sink, when I come out I see a sink on the outside near where she's been standing & starring the whole time I've been there. So I ask her does she work there, as I was going to ask for a paper towel to dry my hands. When I ask, as she decides to raise her head away from her phone surfing she turns to me and says she speaks no English in a very dismissive way, and lowers her head back to her phone. Now if you are working somewhere and it's open to (ALL) public, you should know how to engage in a professional manner to most that may arrive. Her whole vibe was one off, it seemed as though she didn't want to see (my-kind) in her presence as a worker in the establishment. So I suggest to the Owner to hire more welcoming & personable people, and make sure they speak one the most dominant languages in the area. Terrible Terrible Terrible attitude from her, and experience, if she's there if & when I return I won't be spending my hard earned money here. In addition fix the equipment, you have a lot of machines with signs indicating (not in working order)

I will definitely not go again. The last time the dryers don't work and the worst thing is that they didn't even have the air conditioning on, it was very hot and you walk in and there is an unpleasant smell. I don't think they even have enough for a good air freshener.
