I left a review a couple days ago saying my 3 year old granddaughter was denied using the restroom and wet herself. The owner responded that it is locked after 10. We'll sir, I'd like you to know that this happened at 9 pm, not 10. It had happened a few weeks prior to my review as well. Why would I have a 3 year old out that late? The lady that cleans was there, locked the restroom before 9, and said she wasn't allowed to let anyone use it.
Hi Julie. Thank you for your patronage. Unfortunately our restroom closes at 10 p.m. for safety reasons. We have signage posted on the door stating that the restroom closes at 10 p.m. and reopens at 6 a.m. Thankfully, other establishments in the area that are within walking distance provide 24 hour monitored restrooms. Additionally, our attendant was not called to the premises last night after the restroom was closed. We do contract cleaning services at night. Our apologies for someone providing misleading information to you, but that person was not an employee.
This place is great even after a major holiday like Christmas they are still open 24 hrs and they are always clean!! Owners please keep in mind that those of us that have to wash our clothes in the wee hours of the morning need to be able to use the bathroom! I have 13 loads of clothes that I'm washing I can't drive all the way home back to Cleveland to go pee please open the bathrooms so that those of us that wash clothes at 2:00 in the morning can use it.. Otherwise a great place.

If I could give it no stars I would, can't take the carts out nd the fact I'm spending money there but can't use the restroom cause the worker don't want to clean it at the end of their shift is disgusting. I will NEVER return!!

It dont matter if its 10am or 10pm im never allowed to use the restroom not only was i turned down a pregnant women washing the same day was turned down to using the restroom. When u are a paying guest it shouldnt matter what time day or night i should be allowed to use the bathroom!! Nd as for the someone helping take your clothes out...... Hmmmm that has never happend either. I have 4 full bags of clothes after i washed i had to carry out one by one . Again as a paying guest i should be able to take a cart out place my clothes in my truck nd bring the cart back in.....
Hi Sabrina. Thank you for your patronage. Although we are open 24/7, our restroom is closed from 10 p.m. until 6 a.m. each day. Our cleaning crew is consistently present making sure that the laundromat is clean, inviting, and accessible to all. We kindly ask that our carts remain indoors so that all guests have the opportunity to place their freshly washed laundry in a clean receptacle. Also, our team is often on site and always willing to help transfer your clean laundry from the door to your car.

This place sucks. The dryers only cost 25 cents but you have to spend like 2 bucks to get your clothes slightly less damp. I had to go home and finish drying my clothes. The washers left some of my clothes with bleach stains. Only thing nice was that it was clean
Please ask an attendant in regards to using your bleach correctly and drying times for your clothes. We have different settings available to get your items dry. Thanks for giving us a try.
