A top notch laundromat! It’s a low-key, in-and-out, type place to comfortably wash your clothes in a small strip mall in Fairview Park. The nice lady keeps the place very clean and tidy (I know because I’ve dropped clothes on the floor and not a speck of dirt or dust on the item, upon picking it up). I recently had a $6 customer service issue, I immediately received a courtesy call within 48 hours telling me to come get my refund, and was surprised to not only get a refund but also received a complimentary wash card! I love this place. Once my washer/dryer is back up at home (I’ll still frequent this place for large items, like blankets and comforters). The machines are in great condition and they all accept credit cards too!

I was charged $15 for 1 wash. The amount was supposed to be $6, which is already priced high. The place was clean, but it was crowded and rather small. Will not be back.

From the dollar amount you mentioned, we can deduce that a temporary hold temporary hold was placed on your credit card until the true charge is verified by your credit card company. After your purchase is verified, the temporary charge is removed from your account. In fact, the temporary hold is actually not a charge and won't be posted to your credit card statement. Clean, well kept, I just can never figure out how long to run the dryer to get my clothes actually dry
This was by far the cleanest laundromat I have ever been to. If you forgot you change don't worry, they have card readers on the machines. Very reasonably priced and I definitely would recommend doing business here.

I went in today at 12:30 pm to do my laundry.
The smell of cigarette smoke permeated the back of laundromat. I checked bathroom. Nobody. The smell was so fresh so current.
I don't wash my clothes to stink like cigarettes. I don't use scented cleansers to stink like cigarettes. I don't use dryer sheets to stink like cigarettes. I dont want to leave stinking like a cigarette.

Our security system shows a person exiting a separate business to smoke in the rear shared parking lot around 1:07 p.m. yesterday. This is not typical. Unfortunately, that smell may have permeated into the rear restroom window of the laundromat. We apologize for the inconvenience, and assure you that our laundromat is a smoke/vape-free facility. We hope you understand that this was outside our control, and hope to see you soon for what we always aim for- a consistently pleasant experience. Good Location & Open 24/7 really Helps my situation...the only complaint that I have is when you are using this laundromat after "Sunset hours" there are No External Lighting in the Parking Lot whichakes me feel Very Unsafe.

The prices were wrong when I went it said $6 and $8 for wash but it was $15 each time for wash and dry. The number you call doesn’t work to ask why this has happened. I will not ever go back there again.
Hello Illyana. There is a temporary hold placed on pending purchases. Rest assured, the charge is not a true charge- only a hold. The temporary hold is a safety measure that prevents fraudulent charges. When a debit/credit card is used, the bank or credit card company associated with the card then must verify the charge. Once the charge is verified, the hold will no longer appear. We hope that clarifies that the hold is not a true charge.
