The place is ALWAYS clean, but some of the dryers don't heat up to the temperature you select and I've lost at least $5 on the dryers because they didn't work but still kept my MONEY!!
It’s ok. Some drying machine were faulty and took my money. But I got it done.
Lack of cleanliness, security, there were old, dirty, broken machines.
It 8 they close at 10 told me I could wash because he was ready to close early very rude don’t wash here u be disappointed
Not sure who you talked with, we have extended our hours to make it more convenient for customers. Will talk with my attendants and address them about this. Thanks for commenting where as I can address any issues.
Place has no bathroom and it's dirty.
Sorry sir, we do not have a bathroom. We strive to keep the laundry clean, sadly other customers don’t always help.

Have been putting quarters in the machine for 20 minutes. Total won’t update, and the machine has taken 4 of my quarters. Don’t understand why no one is here to troubleshoot, it’s obvious these machines don’t work.

I been here before and the floor is always dirty and this time the change machine isn’t working and the washers don’t take cards…someone needs to maintain the facility
