I have been coming to this laundry mat since a little girl with my mom. Since the veteran sold it to the new owner you don't ever see him fixing anything or see him period, it's always the workers trying to clean up the place. Chris asked me to fill out a form in May of 2024 leaving the reason why I requested a refund. I still haven't received my refund yet. Both night attendants were smoking cigarettes inside of the laundromat. They were very rude and kept on staring at us. Made us feel very uncomfortable. Used to go here every week, but not no more.
