100 reviewsWashers have hot water. Guys that work there are very nice and helpful.
Came on Wednesday at 8:55pm to dry only and they're CLOSED!! It says 10pm!!! Thanks for NOTHING π π π β¦
She will kick your kids out without letting you know anything! Horrible service! I donβt think the lady likes kids cause all the bad reviews are about the kids!
So you will turn away a single young mom with an infant that only wants to do her laundry but you will have 4-5 dogs in the establishment that poop on the floors. Disgusting and disappointing.
All you need to determine if you'll do your laundry here is read the owner's responses to reviews being given.
The owner sounds like a lunatic. Seriously, an absolute lunatic. I can imagine what a joy this owner is to be around. Again, my judgement being based only on their responses. Holy smokes! I've done laundry here once, and the older lady working that day was so rude. She doesn't talk to people. She barks at them.
Someone came in and got quarters right away, and she snapped at him.
She barked at another lady for putting more than 1/4 cup of laundry soap in a damn near triple loader. Telling her that she's going to ruin the washer and then the owner has to pay for it, not her. I felt so uncomfortable.
I'm going to assume that lady was the owner because I WOULD NEVER disrespect my boss by representing her company, talking to customers like that. I honestly couldn't imagine talking to anybody who wasn't intentionally doing anything wrong, like that.
I just wanted to hold her hand while i say this, 'maybe it's time to start thinking about retiring'
If you're looking for a good laundromat, Smart Wash in north Fargo is amazing. They are actually open past 6 pm 7 nights a week. They have SO MANY washers and dryers. The washers are top tier, and my clothes even felt clean. I met one of the owners when I was there one night a few weeks after they opened. Very down to earth guy. The place is always clean. You can download an app to pay for your laundry or quarters. You will not find a better laundromat. It's worth the drive up to north port. They have washers that you can put, like 2-3 queen-size bedding sets in, comforters included. Yeah, it's like $10, but that's ALL of my bedding.
For all the negative reviews people have to remember...it's a public laundromat! A little white-trash looking, but isn't that expected?
I thought the lady who worked here was very nice and helpful. She went out her way to notice when people needed help and then went to offer assistance.
$3 for a small load seems a bit much, but it washed very quick so I was happy about that. The dryers are a typical laundromat dryer in that I forgot just how hot the "high temp" setting can get.
All in all it was a good experience for somebody visiting the area and doesn't normally use a laundromat. The most annoying thing was the children whose parents didn't seem to want to be accountable for them
Washer and dryers all work. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Cleanest laundromat I have ever been in. Staff is extra friendly. Thanks from Amazon away team.
