Was ridiculous machine didn't do its job even tho 9 dollars should have done it put a whole bottle of tide and oxy clean and still they wasn't clean I already spent $20 on just one load so I tried to see if I could get the few items clean in the RR then thought better of it and put them back in cart the lady banged on the door saying you can't do that I said ty I figured I already was taking them out then I went back into the RR to pee and she banging on door freaking out saying she needed in I said mame I'm peeing hold on one sec she continues carrying on demanding getting in threatening me with 911 I laughed walking out said I need to call 911 she said I already told you can't wash in there and I said I know I had to pee for 2 min do you see me with any clothes I can't pee?! I already spent $20 on one load really?!? Get a life and get over yourself it's just a measly laundry job seriously! Kids crying yelling getting into other people s stuff running a muck it's suppose to be a business.

Worker was rude and did not allow me to wash my comforter in a regular washer when I’ve washed my comforter plenty of times before in that same washer. Her service was unpleasant and made my washing experience horrible.

Been coming to this place preferably because all of their machines work, but the lady with the white and black dreads is extremely rude and needs to work on her delivery. If you're mopping put a wet floor sign down!!! Common sense ain't so common apparently. Maybe she was having a bad day.
