Just have to say, the attendant (female). working today was amazing to watch. She was working her butt off doing laundry for customers and refilling the machines, doing inventory, and helping customers with anything they needed. Very friendly, said good morning to everyone that entered and put on music for everyone to enjoy. Top notch employee!

I had like the few times I went to the fluff and fold. I go back again and the change machine keep my money and the have a lottery machine in there as well and it would print out my ticket.

I went to the young man work and told him what had took place. He told me he didn't know and acted as if he didn't know what he was doing. Tells me to put my information on an envelope and he will give it to management and they will call me. That day it happen was Oct 31 and I haven't got a call still waiting. It's so sad.

I did not have a car to go to my usual laundromat so I was forced to go back to this place, even though it was against my better judgment. I first called to make sure they had large washers. Mike on the phone did not even know the difference between a tumble washer and an agitator. It was not until I said front end loader then he knew. Upon entering a girl Tammy was using all of the large washers. She then let me have one of them. Make sure you have quarters because the ATM there charges $3.99 service charge. I was dropping my 27 quarters and half would not go down. So Tammy rudly stated let me show you how to do it. As if don't know how to drop a quarter in a slot! The quarters were getting stuck for her too!! The washer did not spin properly and my rugs were dripping wet. Tammy in her rude way told me it was the type of material I was washing. REALLY!!!! Maybe it's the washer. Let's get into the 21st century already and ditch the quarters. Also one row of washer more then half were out of order. Mike on his way out for the day TRIED to insult me but he could not even form a logical cohesive sentence. I guess he deserves to be in a dead end job.
