I just left there and had one heck of an experience. I’ve been coming here since they opened. This evening I go to do my laundry as normal. I put money on my card & while I’m adding the detergent my kid spilled some. I asked the attendant I’ll refer to as attendant #1 for assistance & she comes over & helps no big deal. I leave & return to dry then realize somehow during the mess earlier my card got lost. I return to attendant #1 & remind her that she helped me earlier & that I lost my card. She seemed to remember me but didn’t speak English so pointed me to another attendant I’ll refer to her as attendant #2. I explained what happened & offered to open my bank app to show her I just put $20 on a card & that I’ve already done the wash but need help with the dryer. If anyone doesn’t know this place offers free drying with a wash. Attendant #2 just responded with she can’t help me without the card. I explain again attendant #1 saw me here & my clothes are in the wash - which should be a huge indicator that I paid & that I just need help with drying. Mind you attendants have a laundry card that they walk around with. They’ve had to use them to help me before when the dryers tried to charge me for drying. Therefore all she had to do was see my clothes in the wash hence I paid for them and use her laundry card to help me dry. But no instead she dismissed me & again repeats that she can’t help me. I try to plead with her again this time she doesn’t even respond & I think bc she has her AirPod in that she didn’t hear me so I ask her did you hear me and she said I can’t help you. So now I’m mad. I asked for a manager but she does not move or respond she continues to ignore me and fold laundry. I then go back to attendant #1 asked for a manager but she looks at attendant #2. I walk around looking for someone else to help. No one helps me. No one acknowledges me. I then do something I know I should not have done which was walk up to the desk and walk slightly around the desk just enough to see the computer screen and list of numbers With the hopes of finding a name / number of a manager. At this time attendant #1 tells #2 what I’m doing. Attendant # 2 comes over and she gets behind the desk just enough so I can’t see the screen anymore then PUSHES me & tells me I can’t be there. I yell at her telling her to not put her hands on me. At this point I’m fuming & call 911 to avoid things escalating further. As I’m calling 911 now she decides to call her manager & speaking in Spanish. Telling the manager I’m mad about the card but never once mentions she put her hands on me. As she’s on the phone with the manager she’s smiling and laughing. Then she tries to hand the phone to me saying I have the manager on the phone do you want to talk to them? At this point I refused. And told her the police were on their way. I go to take my clothes out the wash then attendant #1 comes over and is now willing to assist me with the dryer - the only thing I wanted to begin with. The police get there & I walk up & hear attendant #2 saying how mad I was over the card & how I walked behind the desk but never once mentioned how she pushed me! I pointed to the camera and told her it’s ok the camera will show you pushed me. The police asked if I wanted to press charges. I don’t bc I’m not a monster. We are all trying to survive in this economy and I don’t want anyone to lose their job but I do want to be treated with respect. She needs some serious customer service training and learn next time help the customer > pushing them bc they tried to help themselves.

****editing my review - on 01/08 I went in and spoke to the manager - Johanna. I was prepared to go in there demanding something not sure what but something. But Johanna did something that changed my whole attitude. She took accountability. She agreed that the way I was treated was not ok & that the attendants in question have been talked to. I’m satisfied with knowing the problem was addressed A little accountability goes a long way.

Place is clean, however the attendees that work there take up most of the driers so the customers are literally waiting around with their wet clothes in the carts until a dryer is cleared up. And when it was mentions to an attendee they just look at you like your crazy

So many of my clothes have been ruined numerous times and I finally figured out that it's their washing machines not being cleaned..I constantly get grease like stains all over and it's from previous fabric softeners etc I spend too much money for my clothes to just be damaged

First off I am sorry for your poor experience. We clean our Washers every day at the end of the night. However, we cannot control if a customer puts too much soap or softener in the top compartment before someone else’s wash. We do recommend to use our sanitizing cycle prior to loading your clothes, which washes out the drum and the top compartments prior to washing your clothes.this only adds an extra minute and a half of the wash time
