I know there's a lot of bad reviews but genuinely this is the best experience I've ever had at a laundromat. Yes, there's a lot of machines that are out of service but it wasn't so full that there weren't any open. The attendant, Debbie, went above and beyond with helping me out as I don't use laundromats often. It's kind of expensive but that's to be expected these days lets be real. Maybe I got lucky who knows! But genuinely an A1 experience.

Came here to wash our clothes before our flight on Monday morning, and the lady decided to close shop two hours before the posted time, with our clothes still in a dryer. They are closed Easter Sunday, so we will not be able to retrieve our clothes before our flight.

Clean and affordable, staff is great and friendly, but unreliable with regards to if the equipment is working. Only like 2 dryers are working correctly right now.

They force you to either buy a pay card or pay an extra $0.75 each for wash and dry to have the attendant start the machines. A LOAD OF LAUNDRY COSTS $9+ at this scam of a laundromat.

The laundromat next to 7-11 on 45th charges $5.50 for the same load.

The majority of the machines are broken.

They're closed with nobody in the store at 11:30 on a Thursday despite their posted hours.

Absolutely stay away. I'd rate it 0 if I could.

Pretty good experience. It's a little small and alot of the machines are out of order but i was able to get in and out with clean laundry for about $11 for 3 loads

Most of the machines have out of order signs on them, and the ones that don't often don't function correctly anyway. The business is also frequently closed during their listed business hours with no warning. I sat outside for 20 minutes this morning waiting for someone to come open the place, before eventually giving up. Sick of walking all the way over here only to find the place locked with no explanation.
