100 reviewsDiana is very helpfull. Best laundry selfservice in Seattle
I had to wash some comforters. This place has a person on site, friendly service, and a really clean environment. You have to pay the person at the counter and she will start the washer and dryer for you.
Closing without updating online. Making the effort to come here only to be turned away is an incredibly frustrating experience. Coupled with other reviews that speak to the lack of availability on machines, this location is becoming more and more a disappointing location. Just got turned away on 7.24 at 430pm, yet online says they close at 7pm.
Nice place
Had to do some laundry on a road trip and this place was great. Easy to use. Friendly staff. Fast machines. Would use again!
We're glad to hear that our laundromat was convenient and that you found our machines easy to use. We look forward to serving you again should you pass through the area. Safe travels, and thank you for choosing us!
Go to literally any other laundromat, this place is awful. 75% of the washers and dryers were out of service including the only dryer that can dry large sheets. You aren’t able to make the selections yourself for settings because the staff has to start the machines for you, so she ended up running my color clothes on warm when I asked for cold. None of the listed prices were accurate so I was overcharged. The place was filthy so if you drop any clean clothes you’re gonna wanna wash it again. None of my clothes came out very clean and it still had soap residue. I ended up leaving and went to Lunar Laundry with my wet clothes because it was so bad in there. The staff did not seem to care they failed at their one business function or that I was leaving for another laundromat.
2021 Edit: New owners must have taken over because the service has gone downhill. The price is still the same but the attendants are incredibly rude and look down upon you just for using their service.
Original review: Great neighborhood laundromat. If you're a regular (or going to be one), get a card and fill it up $20 at a time. It adds an extra $2 as a bonus credit.
I go in the evenings and always find Cathy to be very helpful. Always like talking to her and she always knows which are the best dryers to use when it comes around for that.
Since it's attended you can take a quick walk to kill some time. Place has plenty of parking too.
Not only do you have to buy a card to use on their outdated and slow machines (costs $3 to purchase the card and you don't get that in credit), this place is extremely expensive, small, and outdated. Be prepared to bring only cash in bills not quarters as there is no atm within a half a mile and to load money on your $3 card, only cash is accepted. Can't really wrap my head around the fact that I spent $30 on three loads of laundry (these are regular capacity washers) and after drying twice as long as the normal cycle, I still left with damp laundry.
Super kind employees,
sadly couldn't get my down duvet cleaned up but they tried very hard and were very understanding
