100 reviewsHi 🏅good place to get your laundry done …
Usually love this place but recently this chick who prolly indulges in bad activities just recently started working day shift and my experience recently has become bad. She is never working, my clothes are never ready when I come to pick up or the clothes are missing. Get rid of her while you still can or you’ll lose more customers. The mother/daughter team is the best staff their by far!!!!
DON'T USE THIS PLACE! Brett, the guy working the day I was there was awesome and very helpful. Thats the only good thing I can say about this place. Half the machines have out of order signs in them. The washing machine I used had a non functional hot water button but I already started it so I stuck with warm, supposedly. My clothes were pretty wet coming out which tells me it didn't spin well. The dryer I used was recommended by Brett as the best working one but 4 cycles later they still weren't close to dry. He cleaned the line trap in back and comped me another cycle. And on top of that I had to pay $3 for a card to use on the machines so now I have an unused balance. Probably cheaper to go somewhere else and toss the card lol. I really don't like posting negative reviews but I wish I would have read the recent reviews on this place and not have wasted my money!
Was turned away and told I couldn’t wash my small load because I didn’t show up at 7pm on the dot. Two hours is MORE than enough time to wash and dry a load, the cut off is absolutely ridiculous. I depended on this laundromat because of how late it was open. What is the point in saying you’re open until 9pm?
They close at 9 but the last laundry is at 7. No express washing/drying. They should’ve noted this in their Google intro.
2 PART REVIEW DUE TO UNHELPFUL RESPONSE!
P1 -Was sadly closed. The message on the window said that due staff shortages to check opening hours on Google, yet Google said it was open.
P2 - In response to the reply saying I'm lying is very disappointing. You were closed on Saturday 17th February 2024 and there was a sign on the door saying to check Google for opening times due to trying to employ the right staff. I just wished I'd taken a photo to prove it. I even called the number on Google, but no one answered. (I can prove this with a screen shot, but Google won't allow me to upload it). Places where you can do your own laundry in downtown Seattle are not as common as other cities in the US, there just seems to more dry cleaners. I therefore cycled over 3 miles for no other reason than to do my laundry, so to arrive and find you're closed, even though it says on Google you'll be open is poor. I'd appreciate you didn't reply with such a negative response, when I'm the one not in the wrong...sadly I should have looked more carefully at other reviews who'd had similar issues.

We continuously monitor and update our Google schedule to ensure it accurately reflects our availability.
Nice and clean, there is someone there to assist you if you need help and a clean bathroom to use. Machines that actually work correctly. I will use them again.
Thank you for your kind words and for choosing Fremont Clean Express for your laundry needs! We're delighted to hear that you had a positive experience with us. Thank you for your support!
I really liked this clean, classy Laundromat. I can see why it’s so popular. The nice lady working there explained that you have choices. You can either pay her to start the machines (cash or credit card) at the regular prices or else purchase a “Clean Express” discount cash card for $3.00 that you load value onto and it actually starts the machines at the discounted prices (great for regular customers). So I did the math, figured it was a good deal, then purchased the card and saved $4.00 off the regular prices using it to do my laundry the first time. And the card is reloadable so I can keep adding value to it at the card machine there whenever I need to in order to get the discounted prices at the machines.
I couldn't use the services, although I came at 5:45.
Dropped off a bag of our stuff, they had it cleaned and dried and folded and even put my shirts on hangars! for not a lot of money in just a couple hours. Thanks!
