100 reviewsNice prices and the lady working is very friendly and helpful.
Inconsistent hours without updates. They say to check online, but that says open, so you show up the sign says open, except the doors are locked and there's a help wanted sign on the door asking for coverage help during the time it is. Yet you can't bother to turn off the sign or update online like you say to check? Wasted time, energy, and effort to make a trip that's proven to be inefficient. When it is open and available it is a good place to use. If only there was a way to have information easily available and accessible.
5/23 - Around 430 PM.

The woman working there was so kind
The employees who work here are extremely helpful and kind, plus there's parking! Unfortunately, there is no AC. It got so hot when I was there yesterday that I couldn't even stay inside the laundromat waiting for my clothes! I couldn't even finish folding my clothes in that heat, so I took them home crumpled instead. Being outside in the direct sunlight was cooler than being inside, so I have no idea how the employees manage to be in that place all day. It was triple digits in there, which is so inhumane towards the workers! They are incredible at what they do, and they need AC! Air conditioning would bring my review up from 2 stars to 5.
I had an absolutely delightful time at Frenmony cleaning express! They have free wifi... and no ATM... also they're almost entirely cash only. Machines and soap, the reasons you go to a laundromat are cash only. Standard... yay. Lucky the restaurant next door has an ATM.
Okay, in order to operate the machines, you need a $3 dollar card. Yay!! On this card, you can put cash on it!! Double yay!!! And if you leave it in the dryer, it will drain the entire balance in a few minutes!!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! There's no warning on the machine, or anywhere I've looked. I mentioned it to the attendant and she said, "ya, it'll do that..." and cheerily when on her marry day!
Nothing I love more than losing 40 doing 4 loads of laundry! So if any of that sounds like a good time to you, please come on down. Personally, I'm going elsewhere
This place is highway robbery…For one you have to pay three dollars for a cash card to use the laundry machine…To wash about six loads of clothes in one laundry machine is nine dollars which is hell of expensive…That’s a dryers cost $1.05 for 15 minutes mind you it takes about 45 minutes to an hour to dry the clothes so you’re gonna be spending about five dollars just to dry your clothes…
This is simply not true. Our Attendant informed you that she would start the machines for you at the regular prices or that buying the popular reloadable discount card allows you to start the machines at much lower prices thereby saving many $$$ each visit. You obviously were angry that you weren't able to get the discounted prices without purchasing a Clean Express discount card like the majority of our regular customers have.
I came in the evening on 9/10. They indicate that no loads can be started after 7pm and that no dryer loads must be completed by no later than 8:30pm. All of that was fine with me and made sense. If you use the tipping option on the card reader, the attendant let me know that she didn't know where the tip went because she doesn't see it on her paycheck.
A t-shirt was left behind in a machine and the attendant placed it on the bench outside so I am pretty sure if you leave anything behind, you have no way to get it back. The t-shirt was black and said Gantry on it.
A few things to keep in mind
- You have to have cash to load the cards you purchase to use the machines. I did not have any cash.
- The attendant was helpful and let me use my card to pay them and they used a card on the machines.
- They will lock the doors at 8:30pm so no one can start loads or try to do laundry beyond the last load time. I had no problem with this but it is something to keep in mind.
The attendant was helpful with the laundry questions but it got really uncomfortable during the end. Someone they knew came in and they were talking about how drag queens reading to kids is a fetish and that the drag queens are getting their kinks out in public that way. They also had a lot to say about about trans individuals and how they should "stick to their own bathrooms because it's unnatural and we all know whey they are really doing in there" as well as being very vocal about how military schools and military service are needed for indiginous populations. DEEPLY uncomfortable and it made me want to get out as quickly as possible. At one point the attendant was laying on top of machines doing yoga and several machines were broken as well. I almost missed the deadline for clothes coming out of the dryer because the washing machine a load of my clothes were in was broken and spent extra time on the spin cycle. The attend knew one of the machines was broken but didn't know which one. Most of the dryers worked well except for one and I made sure to not overload them so they would dry effectively.
If you are a member of the LGBTQIA community or you are an ally, please keep in mind that this could bee an uncomfortable place to frequent.
The washers are clean. There is usually an open washer. The cashier is cranky and rude. Finally got fed up and stopped going.
Closed 5 hours early. Reliable hours seems like a pretty basic requirement.
