If I could give this place zero stars, that would be more accurate. Should've noticed the red flag when half the machines were out of order. Attendant told me to load machines and she would swipe a card to start them. Charged me $3.75 per single load wash. One machine wound up with an unbalanced load, so I had to wait for it to run a second full cycle.
When it was time to dry I loaded a dryer and she told me it would be $3.50 per 15 minutes. When I questioned why the machine said $1.25, I was told that's only if you have a prepaid card. I asked if I could purchase one but it was only available with cash, which I didn't have. When I asked if she knew of a local atm, the attendant just shrugged I decided to leave and hang dry my wet clothes at home. Not sure, but it seemed like the attendant was somehow pocketing the extra she was charging for the washes, and would have done the same for the dryer if I hadn't asked.

Even though a lot of machines are down unfortunately it was overall a very good experience and the front desk lady was pretty awesome. All the construction is causing their machines to pop the breaker but when it happened to us the lady started the machine for us

Really liked the speed and friendliness of staff. Got our clothes washed and folded earlier that planned so we could pick them up early. Price was 1/4 of what our hotel charged.

Dirty. Had hair and suds all over the washing machines. The dryers were all out of order after I put the clothes in there, even though there wasn’t a sign indicating that they were so had to move all the clothes. Payment here is a little weird. The lady working didn’t advise on time to dry clothes and had damp clothes I still put outside my balcony to dry. Won’t be coming back overall.
