Cost too high for one wash load

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that everyone has different budget considerations, and we strive to provide high-quality products and services at a fair price. Our smallest washer cleans 30lbs/3 loads of laundry and costs $4.75. Our prices are transparently posted on our website and here on Google to help customers make informed decisions.
Leaving a 2-star review based solely on price can be disheartening, especially when we work hard to ensure a clean, efficient, and friendly environment for all our customers. My first time there and the experience was what I expected, the laundry attendant CHERYL, was very nice, friendly and VERY PROFESSIONAL. The machine(s) and dryer(s) are GREAT.

This laundromat is super clean, huge washers and dryers. The staff is very nice and extremely helpful!
This is my first time here and I am truly amazed how wonderful it is. Being in a laundromat with air conditioner is a plus for me. Very clean and doesn’t smell. I will definitely be back. I will drive the extra 40 minutes from Illinois to come here. The staff is wonderful.

I really fell in love with their laundry pickup and delivery service the first time I used them. The clothes smelled fresh like Gain, folded beautifully, whites were super white and brights super bright. I couldn’t have been happier. The next time was still great. The next time, my sweatshirts came back with mystery stains on them of some crusty brownish substance. I skipped a week to think if I wanted to try them again and decided I would thinking maybe it was just a mishap. This time they didn’t bring back all of my laundry. Pulled out of my garage the next morning to find another bag of clothes on my porch. I tried another laundering company before and I will say Fresh is one million times better than they were but I think I’ll just stick to doing my laundry myself. Honestly had the quality stayed the same as the first time, they would’ve had a lifelong customer. I may use them again if I get super behind but I don’t anticipate that being very often at all.

I'm truly sorry to hear about the issue you encountered with our service. It's disheartening to learn that we fell short of your expectations. We always strive to provide the highest quality, and when issues arise, we are committed to making them right. I understand your concern about the stains on the clothes and I assure you, we will thoroughly investigate this.
We have many checks in place to ensure our orders meet a high standard. Our full-service orders are processed in a separate part of our facility not open to the public. We invested in a hospital-grade sanitation system, so our machines are sanitized between uses. Finally, the entire process is reviewable, including photos of the bags that were returned.
We've reached out to you privately and I hope we can discuss this further and resolve the issues.
If you bring your kids. Either keep them quiet or sit in the car with them. People have zero human decency when they're in public.
We work hard to create a space that is comfortable and welcoming for everyone. As a public business, we do not have control over every customer’s behavior. We understand noise is frustrating but to review our business based on the general public’s behavior is disheartening.
Amazing place to wash! My machine at home is down and honestly I can say when it's back working I may very well continue to come here. CAN I SCREAM CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, CARING, COURTEOUS services. OMG I am a hard person to impress but believe me I will come back with my king size comforters to wash and pack up for next winter. I love this place and Mayriah was helpful and nice, Great at her job. FIRST VISIT 4/13/22 : SMELLS clean I'm in heaven for sure!!! Prices are Good for the machine size and they offer sanitizer for fighting the covid virus on the ozone wash!

Awesome place!!! So many washers and
dryers, love the concept of a prepaid laundry card (very convenient) and friendly staff who showed us everything we needed to know and more. Will definitely be coming back!!
