I had never been to a laundromat before this morning, but I needed to wash my comforter. A friendly attendant greeted me the moment I walked in the door and explained the whole process to me. She walked me around, explained how to use the pay station, told me which machine was the right size, how long the cycle would last, and even brought me my pay card when I accidentally left it on the machine. My son and I spent the wash cycle reading books together in the children’s area – which has fun wobbly chairs, tons of books and a magnet board. There are café tables set up, charging stations, plenty of counter space for folding – I was truly impressed! My good experience set the trajectory for a great day.

I have been to a lot of laundry mats before, but this place I fell in Love with. This place is very clean, the staff is so friendly and helpful, brand new machines, complimentary coffee, seating areas that are comfortable, wifi available, and they even have a kids corner so the kids can have something to do while you are washing your clothes. I will definitely be back when I have to wash my clothes again. Great place!

Love this laundromat, but there needs to be some rules about these kids running around ,the parents let them run around like they are at the playground. The parents sit on there phones and pay no attention to these kids!

My first visit and I am very impressed. It is clean and all equipment is in working order. The staff is extremely polite, professional, and ready to assist at a moments notice.

I especially like that they stand by their word. Some of my items did not dry and, true to their word, they restarted the dry. For me, this shows a commitment to 100% customer satisfaction.

I will definitely come back again.

Went there for 1st time, haven't been to laundromat in 10 years, had no clue what i was doing. "Shirl" was working that morning and "held my hand" and had the patience of a saint. There needs to be more kindness like what's in her heart these days and was appreciated
