Today is the 2nd issue with the caucasian girl with the blue in her hair. She does not like helping certain people no matter how nicely you approach her attitude is terrible. I’m in there spending my hard earned money and half the dryers don’t work and they blame everything on the doors being janky.
I needed assistance with a washer that never started after 30 mins we dug through the clothes to feel that they weren’t even wet before asking was that all the clothes she closed and locked the washer I was not spending another $3. Which would have been impossible because the coin machine only goes as low at $10 (in TOKENS) My boyfriend asked if she could start another one or open it she said no sorry and shrugged her shoulders. She finally did the right thing and came to start a new one and I had to go get the detergent from out car, & she had the audacity to tell my boyfriend “I have customers I don’t have time to be standing here all day” at that point I heard her and was already on my way back in the building. I’m just confused as to how we aren’t considered CUSTOMERS, when I’m spending my time and money there, I’ll just assume it’s because we’re black. Then she banged/hit her hand on the washer and said “sorry I assumed that was it” of course with more attitude no sincere apology. I guess that was supposed to scare us but she was angry for no reason just because she had to help us. This is not her first complaint or issue but yet she’s still here and that says a lot about the business. So we will be taking ours elsewhere.

I'm new to Arkansas. was looking around for laundry places. Although the prices are a lil different from back home in California, this is a nice little place, clean amd friendly. I think I have found my laundromat

I understand that some people may use the floor as the trash can...but can you have someone sweep up more frequently especially in the late hours. Machines did the job. And I felt safe.

The two attendants at 1:45 pm on Wednesday, 2-8-17, were abysmally "cognitively challenged" (to use polite terms), were impossibly rude and hostile. They had such microscopically short attention spans that they couldn't listen to my questions, much less answer them. They cut me off to tell me things I already knew, instead of listening to what I was actually asking. Then when I tried to clarify, they shouted that they were trying to tell me, if only I would let them finish. No, they needed to let ME finish, so they would know what I actually was asking. I'll avoid using this place if I have to encounter those two. I have no polite words to describe them. The machines look okay, once you figure out how to use them and what coins they will accept. You CAN combine the company's dollar tokens, and actual minted quarters, to total the various amounts different machines require. The washers cost from $2.25 to $7.25 per load, depending on the washer size and type of cycle you run. The dryers cost $2.00 per load. They are NOT open 24 hours. They're open M-F 7 am to 6 pm, and Sat & Sun 8 am to 4 pm.

Too expensive to iron and drying start at $2.00 charge .25 extra for hot water the machines always dirty or out of order...
The attendants afraid of losing their jobs. Homeless people live inside. I remember when it was a nice clean inexpensive place to do laundry..😂🫣 it's scary …
