Fun Wash at the West Markham location does not leave a number for problems concerning the location. Fun Wash also doesn't have a sign that acknowledges the doors "automatically" lock. I went to my car to place detergent, bleach, & fabric softener where I knew it would be safe, went back to the door and it was locked. I had 4 dryers full and I don't live near so I have to stick around til 6 a.m. to retrieve my items. It wouldn't be so bad if they posted signs or filters. The Three Star rating is because Fun Wash is operational and functioning to the capacity mentioned on the web page, but due to lack of information no after hours attendant, no flyers, no signs, and lack of being able to communicate after hours by email, phone, or text the other two stars will be added/posted when a visit the lacking information issue is handled.

Better than most of the other fun wash venues.... cleaner and less to no homeless folks hanging out...... I just don't like that it only has 30 ft smoking distance which allows even the mangers to smoke right at the door which in turn enters the mat.

Very clean place and great washer and dryers- only issue, they lock the bathroom doors and the attendant leaves at approximately 6pm so when I needed to go to the restroom, I couldn't. Bummer!
