Half of the washing machines require you to repeatedly drop the same quarters before they are accepted and the timers on the machines are way off. One of the washing machines I was using locked my clothes, got them wet and stopped. The lady attending the laundry told me that the machine had problems. Really?, It's not operating properly, but hasn't been placed out of service? In order to retrieve my clothes, water had to be poured in the machine from the top. The process took longer than it did to wash, dry and fold the remainder of my laundry, and I still had to wait. After that ordeal, I did what I should have done in the first place...go somewhere else.

I have no words … the woman working there is rude & none of the machines work not when the ones that don’t have post it’s, I came to wash huge blankets that don’t fit in my washer and ended up just leaving

28 machines out of order. ATM out of order. Had to walk 1/4 mile to ATM at store. Change machine out of order. Had to get Change from lady at desk. Run away from this place. It's packed and people are angry and disrespectful

Terrible service from the lady who serves, a short lady with glasses, it was my first time at a laundromat and I asked her to explain to me how the system works, how to pay, the times to put in fabric softener, etc. She didn't explain it well and what she explained to me she did it with force and pretended I was stupid and in the end she didn't wash my clothes well, I went and told her and when I told her she said she would give me the other wash for free, calling me a loudmouth and threw the coins at me, of course I paid for it and left the leftover coins on the counter. I recommend you not come here, the lady is very rude and impolite

I'm in town working an needed my clothes wash. This people behind the counter were super nice . Did a great job on my work clothes. Nice and clean, glad i try this place.
