First time using laundry services in NYC and the experience has been great. This place is very clean and the staff were very helpful with explaining how to get started and use the machines. Highly recommended.

Overall the facility and service is nice but the prices have increased exponentially in the last couple years. Dryers used to be $1.2 a load and have gone to $1.7 within two years and continues to go higher multiple times throughout the year. A small washer used to be around $3.5-$4 and is now $5.19. It’s also clear that they don’t use water heating as my clothes are ice cold coming out of the washer even if I choose a warm cycle. I can understand inflation but this seems awfully high. You also can’t drop off laundry anymore unless it’s cash only. Being pricey and inconvenient made it easy to move to a different laundromat which is a lot cheaper and of the same quality.

Since me and my mother moved to New york city we have been using this laundry facility for 2 months. This laundry facility is clean, organized, is stocked on laundry detergents incase you need anything. Their are also always someone here assisting with customers. The prices are very affordable to wash and dry your clothing. The washer machines takes all the hard stains out of my siblings clothes and out of my work unfirmorns. I would definitely recommend this laundry Matt!!

Best spot in Manhattan! Wash and fold service is above competition. I am not concerned sending them my top brand clothes for I see the time and quality that goes in their work. Neighborhood hidden gem for sure!

Free WiFi and plenty of machines, even on Sunday afternoons. The hours are also decent, 7-11.

The drop off service is very nice. We've dropped our clothes, usually a couple weeks worth of laundry at a time, many times, and it's always clean, undamaged, and nicely folded. They are always on time as well. The ladies there are always very nice. Great spot to get laundry done!
