I reached out online to see if they were offering wash and fold during Covid. Within minutes of sending a request I was immediately answered and within the hour they had someone come pick up my laundry. Same day turnaround and quality and organization was 10/10.

I couldn't have asked for a better service especially in these trying times. Thank you Gentle Wash, looking forward to using you guys again!

Too many issues of damaged or missing clothes across the 10 or so times we used them. Additionally, only provided credit up to $60 once which wasn't enough to replace the total amount of clothes missing/damaged. Refused to provide more credit despite more issues happening on other orders. Even when credits were given it required multiple rounds of discussion/context to explain the issue enough to get the credit.

“(And your next laundromat)” - very professional. Discrediting my review with blatant lies (like you recommending we try a different service) is an unfortunate look for a business. We have a reasonably low bar for laundry services (issues happen), hence why we gave you more attempts to redeem yourselves after losing clothes on our first experience and then proceeding to stain a shirt…which was the last straw. Also, my girlfriend would make orders through her app as well, so it was more than 4 times. Anyway, very happy with our new laundromat (and the feeling is mutual).

Good place to do laundry, friendly staff, but it ALWAYS smells bad. Just be aware and plan accordingly.

I schedule via the CleanCloud app. They always pickup and deliver right on time. We used to use Folded and their customer service was abysmal. Gentle Wash exceeds my expectations every time. Highly recommended.

Since I started going there, I have only seen 1 or 2 out of order signs out of all the machines. Everything cleans really well. There are also good sized tables for waiting at and folding when done. Plus ATM, quarter machine, detergent to buy, and a vending machine.
