I usually do my own laundry, but last week was so hectic I had no choice but to find a laundromat. A friend recommended Gentle Wash and I am super thankful. All I needed to do was text them and they picked up my clothes in 40 minutes, returned them the next day all clean and neatly folded. I also love their detergent options. Highly recommended!

Do not go to this place, because they gonna putt your clothes on level high to dryer and they will only wash 20 min quick wash, my all clothes are got really bad never ever coming back here also if you look at the other reviews definitely fake reviews

Gentle Wash is like night and day compared to any other laundry services in the neighborhood that I've tried. Communication is well above average. Pick up and delivery times are accurate even during this unpredictable time in our world. My laundry smells wonderful and is folded perfectly. I really appreciate that Gentle Wash takes such pride in servicing and being a long-time part of the East Village community.

My favorite laundromat. I’ve since moved to Ave C and still travel to this one to wash and dry. Friendly and helpful staff, free WiFi and good people watching. I’ve spent hours here reading and doing homework while I wait for laundry. Highly recommend.

I recently moved into the East Village and saw other good reviews on Google, so I decided to give the delivery service a try. They are extremely nice and helpful, and respond very quickly to all of my questions and requests over text. My clothes are picked up in the morning and dropped off later the same day at my apartment, right at the time I scheduled. The clothes come back clean and neatly folded - would definitely recommend to anyone in the neighborhood!

I utilized their pick up service and was completely satisfied. They were able to pick up my laundry first thing in the morning and drop it off that evening. Prices are comparable to other spots in the east village. Everything is clean and they took good care of the items. I’ll definitely be using their services again in the future.
