Raised prices yet again. $5.19 just for the smallest washer. Dryer even more crazy priced.

This laundromat has saved my life 100 times. The self serve is cheap and easy, and the drop off service is completely underpriced for how convenient it is. All of the staff are wonderful, and are always willing to go down a little in price if you need. I cannot recommend gentle wash enough.

No frills, simple, and straight forward laundromat! Always seems to have washers open with quality dryers.
I’ve used their pick up wash ‘n fold service once, and it was fast and on time as well.

Spent a week in Manhattan with our nephews and needed to do a load of laundry. We have used launderettes many times while traveling and their wash & fold service is economical and appreciated.
They opened at 7:00 AM and I dropped off our laundry at 8:30 AM. The lady that helped me in the morning was very nice, she said my laundry would be ready for a 5:00 PM pick up, same day.
So when I arrived at 5:00 PM, unfortunately, the lady there at that time told me our laundry was in the drier and would be ready between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
Life happens. It wasn’t convenient for me to have to return later, but this rarely happens in my experience. Our laundry was clean, folded and ready to go when I returned around 7:45 PM.
I would highly recommend this business as the people are professional and clearly wanted me to have a pleasant experience. I will absolutely use their services again in the future. Thank you!

Gentle Wash has been my go to place for ages! Reliable pick up/drop-off, great customer service, and having unbeatable prices makes this my top pick. I’ve dropped off my stuff at other laundromats, and have received shrunken clothing, and even missing items on occasion. This place keeps me stress-free, knowing I’ll get my laundry and dry cleaning back, smelling fresh and looking cleaner than ever.
